Website maintenance

To be effective and reliable a website needs to be regularly maintained, technically and content-wise. Some clients like to do this themselves; others prefer to have an ongoing maintenance contract. We support both options.

Handover and training session

If you wish to maintain your site yourself, we offer a 2 hour handover and training session with takeaway notes. We talk you through the site and how to maintain it. The session can be face to face or online. If face to face, travel expenses will be charged.

If you want us to maintain your site, we offer two levels of support:

Standard

£30/month

Plan outline

The activities in the Standard plan are required to run any website, however simple, in order to keep it functioning reliably and optimally.

  • Performance and uptime monitoring

Premium

£100/month

Plan outline

The Premium plan includes everything in the Standard plan plus up to to 3 hours of content work on existing pages e.g. updating copy / images / media files, updating products in an existing online store, creating blog posts.
